Return Policy
Largo Scooters offers you a no risk purchase policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 3 days of delivery. Bike(s) or scooter(s) must be in original box(s), un-used, un-damaged and include all parts, manuals and accessories.
You will receive a refund minus all shipping charges and restocking fees if they apply. Customer will pay all shipping charges and any restocking fees if their order is cancelled after it has shipped.
Note: go-hub Sun E-trike and go-hub Retro 7 bike are non-returnable once they have been assembled.
All X-treme scooter products are NOT RETURNABLE. If there is a problem with these they are covered under the manufacturers 30 day warranty and they will send you whatever parts are necessary to resolve the problem.
Our products will perform as described on our website or by phone prior to ordering. If you receive your product and simply change your mind or find a lower price and wish to return then shipping charges/re-stocking fees will not be refunded.

Safety
Largo Scooters has no control over the proper use of any of the bikes or scooters by the buyer.
The buyer is fully responsible for their safe maintenance and proper use and will not hold Largo Scooters or it's owner Danny Doris responsible for any injury or death incurred from our products.
Helmets and safety pads are strongly recommended while riding especially for children.
Helmets are usually mandatory in all states for children 16 and under.

Our bikes and scooters are designed for years of use and all parts are readily available should the need arise.
Batteries usually last around 400 to 500 charges and are inexpensive to replace.
